When done, select to report only system-generated Windows error files. Click the Delete Files button and this tool should remove them all. Note. While you can use the Disk Cleanup tool, it will be removed in the next build that points to Windows.

In the entire top menu, navigate to And check the Hidden Items perspective. Step 2: Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\. You can see several folders along this path, including LocalReportArchive, ReportArchive, ReportQueue, and Temp. You need to access each of them and delete all archived files.

And may include fixes for reported issues in future updates based on their feedback. But over time, these files can take up a lot of space on your system, and almost all Windows users are reporting a serious problem with the Windows Error Reporting Queue. Therefore, you may want to steal these files to free up disk space normally.
