Windows 16 laptops and desktops will run Android apps from space, just like Chromebooks — and like the Mac M1, they can run iPhone apps, and therefore iPads. Apps are like puzzle pieces – they only fit in certain places. Mac cannot run apps on Windows and Android cannot run apps on iPhone.
Instead of Microsoft trying to get Android programmers to convert their apps to Windows like they used to, Microsoft partnered with Intel – just make them work on Windows 11 – you don’t have to change the code. AMD and ARM chips often don’t need a bridge to run Android apps.
However, the release of Windows 11 did not include one of the most anticipated features, the old Android emulation, which allows users to run Android apps on their PC. Microsoft then announced that they would soon test the feature and then release it for Windows Stable Channel 19.
After installing Windows Subsystem for Android on a few test PCs, I can confirm that it works as advertised. But, as with Windows 11 itself, geographic system requirements (and limitations) meant that many users couldn’t test the new version on their own.

Visit the Android agency website.
Download the Windows SDK Platform Tools from the website.
Scroll down and select “Terms”, check “I have read and accept the terms described” and select “Download SDK Platform-Tools for Windows”.
Extract the resulting file to any location.
