Click the Start button and type Gpedit. msc, and you should see the tool appear in the result click on it (or use the Run command with Win + R, followed by Gpedit. msc), and you will be able to access the Group Policy Editor.

How do you enable Group Policy Editor?

To open the Group Policy Editor, press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Enter gpedit. And msc press OK to continue.
The Group Policy Editor will appear in a new window.
You can view and edit a specific list of policies in the left and right panes, respectively.


How to enable WinRM via Group Policy?

In the Group Policy Editor Control Panel, click Options > Control Panel Options > Services.
Right-click Services and select New > Service.
Select “Automatic” for typical startup.
