The Dell Inspiron 3162 11 has a built in eMMC drive and with my Windows USB I have used it on additional computers and it works great. I have tried another major USB brand and I will still have the same issue. eMMC built as a drive is only 32GB and even though I said so I formatted it to implement CMD and still no luck.
